Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and graceful countryside of Campania.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow. On the nose, aromas of citrus, green apple and floral notes, accompanied by a fine mineral note. Fresh and lively on the palate, with well-integrated acidity, an elegant texture and a long, mineral finish.

Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, salads with goat cheese
Vinification
Gentle pressing of grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, aging on fine yeast for added complexity.
