About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Feudi San Gregorio conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. This distinctive white wine 2016 — Greco di Tufo Cutizzi is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you offer this Greco with seafood or fish.

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color and a complex bouquet of green melons and pineapples that alternate with spicy notes of chamomile, vanilla and nutmeg. The palate is a balanced wine with fresh acidity and salty mineral notes in the long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, crustaceans.
Vinification
The must is vinified in steel tanks at low temperatures. This is followed by 10 months in steel on its yeast and with repeated battonage to make the yeast suspended.
