Tasting note
Light ruby red, slow, gentle vinification with a long extraction time, resulting in elegant, very fine scents of ripe, black berries. On the palate, it shows a very exciting range of aromas. The red, ferruginous sand and its calcareous subsoil give this great wine a lot of harmony even in youth. The Siozard brothers have succeeded in creating a masterpiece, a true vin de garag. The 2500 bottles were aged for 18 months in new French barriques >2040+
