Tasting note
On the palate, fine floral and nutty notes transition into a long fruit phase, which is dominated by quince and pear, but also hints of sponge cake and well-integrated wood. A harmonious Pinot Gris with a delicate acid arc and good balance.
Vinification
Fermented in 300 liter Capfenstein oak barrels and has nine months to harmonize with the fine yeast in the barrel before the wine is filled.
