Tasting note
Bright yellow color with red/gold reflections. A slightly spicy Pinot Gris with notes of red apple, white peach, quince and some hazelnut. Well-balanced on the palate, slightly creamy with medium acidity. Beautifully juicy, with the aromas of pale pome fruit and nuts. Good grip with a fruity aftertaste.

Goes well with aperitifs, light dishes, Asian dishes, sushi, soft cheese, risotto, pasta, veal, poultry.
