Tasting note
Light lemon yellow. A fresh wine with a wealth of aromas on the nose. It presents distinct notes of green apple, chamomile, green peach and floral nuances. On the palate, it has a pleasant warmth, a fine rounding and a harmonious structure with a firm body. The straw yellow color is vivid and clear, and the aroma is intensely reminiscent of fresh apples and vineyard peaches, accompanied by a touch of wild flowers. The taste is lively, with a balanced acidity and a pleasant, mild bitter tone that is characteristic of the Graševina grape. This wine is a Croatian classic when it comes to Graševina wines. Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. This is followed by vinification and further aging in stainless steel tanks.
