About the product
A speciality produced in limited quantities from the Tignanello vineyard, which revives the scent and aromas of Chianti grapes in a fine and aromatic distillate.
Tasting note
Subtle, bittersweet aroma with a hint of hay flavor. Very delicate and elegant, which increases to a long-lasting aftertaste. A noble brand with elegant restraint.

Why not Tignanello with the main course and this fine grappa as a digestive
Vinification
Immediately after the young wine has been removed from the mash after alcoholic fermentation and subsequent pressing, the fermented pomaces are brought to the distillery. This ensures that only the best pomace, rich in alcohol and, in particular, aromatic pomace is distilled.
