Culinary recommendation
Such an exceptional pot needs no accompaniment. At most, a fireplace and a good book. Enjoy it at a temperature of 16 to 18°C.
Vinification
Made from fresh grape pomace using the classic double distillation process. The grappa rarity is aged for about five years in French barriques, where the fine wine “San Leonardo” rested.
