About the product
Amber; in the nose, hints of oranges, hazelnuts, tobacco and honey; soft and enveloping on the palate; at the beginning, an explosion of flavors reminiscent of pomace, raisins, dried fruits and almonds seduces; then a slight note of smoke, peat and malt seduces; the grappa is silky, enveloping and long-lasting.
Tasting note

Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an elegant digestive — goes wonderfully with dark chocolate, fine desserts or aged hard cheese.
Vinification
24 months wooden barrels, then 24 months aging in used single malt Scotch whiskey barrels. These come from the most prestigious Scottish distilleries Lagavulin, Caol Ila and Mortlach.
