Vinification
100% artisanal discontinuous distillation in exclusive steam combustion flasks created by Benito Nonino through innovative and continuous research. By separating pre- and post-processing, it makes it possible to obtain only the purest part of the grappa: the heart. The Nonino distilleries distill the pomace immediately after fermentation, even during the grape harvest, so that the valuable organoleptic properties of the original grape variety are retained and thus a grappa of absolute top quality is obtained.
