About the product
Three (tre in Italian) is a powerful and magical number. There are three major Nebbiolo areas from which this grappa draws its elegance: But it is the sun (the Italian word for brine) that caresses and warms the grapes, together with the eight-year aging that makes it so good.
Tasting note
Enveloping on the nose with aromas of ripe fruit (currants, apricots and sour cherries), cocoa and vanilla.
Vinification
The aging takes place over 8 years in wooden barrels made from various essences. The barrels are replaced by new ones every two years.
