Tasting note
Eye: Medium intensity with ruby red color. Nose: The primary aromas of plum and black cherry are characteristic, with balsamic notes. Mouth: great elegance and finesse, with good fresh acidity, soft and rounded tannins and a medium-intensity mouthfeel with a predominance of fruit. The result is a remarkably balanced whole with a clean, medium-bodied finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes, sausages, cheese and some fish dishes.
