About the wine
The granite barrel comes from Passau and is a new, exciting extension. The effort involved in making such a barrel from large granite blocks is considerable.

Tasting note
Aromas of white flowers and some flint flow into the nose. Soft start, which turns into a pleasant crunchiness. The acidity is wonderfully balanced. A slight minerality drags on until a long finish.
