About the wine
The granite barrel comes from Passau and is a new, exciting extension. The effort involved in making such a barrel from large granite blocks is considerable.

Tasting note
Slightly exotic aromas, which are combined with some flint. On the palate, the wine is very direct, aromatic and yet soft. Well-balanced acidity, which gives the wine a good length.
