About the wine
Champagne Palmer & Co. was founded in 1947. Through clever acquisitions, the house grew continuously until the magical limit of one million bottles produced was exceeded in the 1980s. Palmer's great pride is its cleverly distributed vineyards, a mosaic of 40 different sites that covers a total area of 415 ha, 200 of them in privileged Premier and Grand Cru locations. This diversity makes it possible to draw on everything when assemblaging. The aim is always a perfect harmony between Chardonnay and Pinots and enchanting elegance.

Tasting note
The nose, subtle and charming, with notes of orange blossom and acacia, mixed with notes of yellow fruit, aromas of fried pineapple and tonka bean. The palate is characterized by freshness, with citrus fruits, the notes of brioche and dried fruit. Its creamy texture stretches deliciously to a persistent finish.

Goes well with aperitifs, light fish dishes, special moments.
