About the wine
The Gosset family has been living in Champagne since well before 1484, the year Jean Gosset was born. A century later, Pierre Gosset, Aÿ's alderman and winemaker, founded the house, which at that time produced still wines by harvesting its own vineyards.

Tasting note
In his mouth, he asserts his volume and generosity. The Pinot Noir from Aÿ gives it its structure. Hawthorn and white flowers blend naturally. The citrus note underscores the pleasant acidity.
