Tasting note
Deep dark cherry red. On the nose, concentrated aromas of black fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg. Very well-structured, winey and with a pleasant tannin presence on the palate. A wine with great aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes such as beef stew, lamb chops or game. It is also an ideal accompaniment to aged hard cheese or dark chocolate.
