Tasting note
Color: dark garnet red. Aroma: Very fruity on the nose with strong notes of blackberry and cherry, as well as vanilla. Character: On the palate, fruity intense, full-bodied and soft tannins, with notes of cocoa and spices, intense and long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried or grilled red meat, pot roast and mature hard cheese.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in French and American oak barriques for 12 months.
