Tasting note
The wine offers a very clear, precise, fresh, intense and unmistakable bouquet with aromas of braised quince and lemons. On the palate, this is a very delicate and perfectly balanced TBA with great finesse and purity (despite high concentration). The acidity is very fine and persistently salty, and if there are tannins, they are also very fine. A great, elegant, fine, well-balanced TBA.
Vinification
Welschriesling fermented in new barriques and stored for 28 months.
