Tasting note
Aroma: Pleasant nutty roasted and thyme aromas are accompanied by lemon quark and nectarine notes to end with exotic floral and surprisingly smoky notes. Palate: On the palate, it is full-bodied with generous, ripe tropical fruit aromas, lemon sorbet and complex complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pork with caramelized roasted fennel, soft fresh goat cheese, oysters, sage and thyme dishes.
