Tasting note
The Chasselas Domaine de Morsier presents a golden yellow robe with silver reflections and a delicate mineral bouquet with notes of linden flowers. On the palate, it is expressive and strong with a finish on wonderfully fruity notes of white peach.

Goes well with aperitif, fondue, raclette, fish
Vinification
This Chasselas is vinified on the estate and aged in large wooden barrels. This is not to get a wood tone, but to make the wine smoother.
