About the wine
The Lilbert family has been growing grapes in the region since 1746 and has been producing champagne since the beginning of 1900. Bertrand Lilbert has been managing the winery since 1998.

Tasting note
Ultrafine bubbles Very discreet perlage Great finesse and elegance notes of brioche, toasted bread A full-bodied and generous taste that remains fresh. An absolute cross-country skier, can be stored for up to 25 years.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press, using only the first pressing. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with complete malolactic fermentation. After the precipitation has been stored, the remuage and dégorgement is carried out by hand in the deep, old limestone cellars.
