About the wine
New Age wines are produced by Bodegas Valentin Bianchi, a fourth-generation family winery founded in 1928. After almost a century of hard work and success, the winery still exudes the family's heritage and tries to keep their passion for wine alive and constantly explore new horizons. Gran Famiglia Bianchi was born as a tribute to the 90th anniversary of the founding of the winery, to reinforce our founder's legacy: always working with dedication to keep the Famiglia values alive in each of our wines.

Tasting note
Its intense aromas of red fruits and exotic spices are perfectly balanced and full of vivacity and power. The barren soils in the Uco Valley give it an elegant freshness and minerality, making it particularly elegant and expressive.
Culinary recommendation
It is at its best when it is decanted at least an hour before serving. It is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat and hearty tomato-based pasta dishes.
Vinification
His grapes come mainly from the individual vineyards of the Enzo vineyards, the top material from Valentin Bianchi s. These vines are located in the Uco Valley, one of the best regions for Malbec. After manual harvesting and fermentation, it is stored in new and used oak barriques for 10 months.
