Tasting note
Complex and intense nose. Blackberries, vanilla, delicate coffee shades and spices are in the foreground. Creamy and round on the palate, yet fresh and mineral, the wood is well integrated. The wine is broadly structured, full-bodied and has depth. The tannins are present but soft and delicate. Very long and intense on the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, stews, grilled meats, Spanish specialties and cheese.
Vinification
16 months in new French barriques.
