Tasting note
The aromatic uniqueness of Gran Bassano Rosso is the result of a masterful infusion of over twenty herbs and spices, including Benedict herb and musky yarrow, both characteristic plants of the Bassano area, as well as rhubarb, vanilla, allspice, ginger and licorice. Ideal as an aperitif, to enjoy with ice cream or in classic cocktails.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or in cocktails such as Negroni and Manhattan. Also good with tapas, olives, antipasti or spicy cheeses such as gorgonzola.
Vinification
The Vermouth is made with a base of high-quality white wine and a blend of herbs, spices and citrus fruits. After maceration, the vermouth ages in oak barrels.
