Tasting note
Eye: Dark red color. Nose: a seductive, rich bouquet of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate, it has excellent structure and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese, nuts or dried fruit.
Vinification
Once the must has reached the desired degree of sweetness (usually within 48 hours), it is sprinkled with 77% brandy.
