Tasting note
Slightly reddish brown, with a pleasantly scented smell of dried orange peel. On the palate, intense nut flavor harmoniously balanced with fresh ripe fruit, deliciously long on the finish.

Vinification
Graham's 10 years old Tawny is a wonderfully soft, round wine. Thanks to many years of aging in oak barrels, this softness is underpinned by a rich, subtle, ripe fruit flavor. Graham's 10 years old Tawny was fermented with natural yeast at 24°-28°C. As soon as the must has reached the desired sweetness (usually within 48 hours), brandy is added to it (80% must/20% brandy).
