Tasting note
The Goriki Junmai is an aromatic, powerful and spicy sake with lots of umami. Intense notes of cream cheese with peppers, nutmeg, pine needles, olive tapenade as well as smoked ham or meat spread are already convincing on the nose. Oily, resinous, smoky and spicy-fleshy on the palate, this Junmai is reminiscent of ham, onion confit and green peppers and is ideal as an accompaniment to hearty dishes and barbecues.
