Tasting note
The Goriki Junmai Ginjo is a racy, expressive Junmai Ginjo. A breeze of lilac, at the same time fruity-sweet notes of melon, star fruit, pineapple and marzipan. On the palate, a present acidity and a velvety, yeasty melt are surprising. The finish is slightly spicy, long-lasting and is bitter-sweet reminiscent of grapefruit, exotic spices, cinnamon and honey.
