Tasting note
With this new wine, the winery is responding to the changing climate. The Alto Najerilla region, where the grapes come from, is 600-700 m above sea level, which promotes a large difference between day and night temperatures. Paired with the very old vines that grow as bushes, you find ideal conditions for cool and elegant wines. This is also reflected in wine, which has a surprising freshness and elegance, paired with great acidity and a lovely length.

24 months in used barriques and a further 12 months in the bottle
