Tasting note
Roaring twenties. Wonderful aromatic high, sweet, yellow-fruity and nutty, slightly yeasty, but also with ethereal slightly medicinal notes, everything is in it and possible, great celebration, great optimism, great exuberance. Passionate frother on the palate, juicy, ripe fruit behind the bright exuberance, slightly provocative tart play, sometimes bitter-tingling, which only makes the creamy, bright elegance even more tempting to click your tongue. Wonderful dandy, aesthetic, elegant and with a rebellious character.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, oysters and appetizers.
Vinification
Selective harvesting, gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, storage on the fine yeast for 20 to 30 months.
