Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Complex bouquet of tropical fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits. Very aromatic on the palate, with juicy acidity and notes of grapefruit and gooseberry. Very intense, aromatic aftertaste.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed immediately upon delivery, fermented at controlled temperatures and aged in stainless steel tanks.
