The “Golan Cabernet Sauvignon” features characters of plum, cherry, chocolate and coffee, as well as light notes of herbs and a sophisticated oak background. This aromatic, medium-bodied and inviting wine is ideal for daily enjoyment. The “Golan Cabernet Sauvignon” is made from grapes from vineyards on the Golan Heights and an additional vineyard from Upper Galilee. The wine ages for a total of six months, in French and American barrels. This attractive red wine remains in excellent drinking condition for up to five years. Enjoy the wine with fried poultry, a delicious shepherd's pie or a creamy risotto.
