Tasting note
The grapes for this cuvée, made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Weissburgunder, come from locations around Göttlesbrunn. Aged in large wooden barrels. The nose features aromas of yellow peach, mirabelles, Christ pear and citrus fruits, underpinned by notes of blooming herbs and a subtle smoky spice. Showing beautiful harmony on the palate, with juicy fruit, good freshness and fine spiciness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, antipasti and various starters, such as “fish crunchy” with tartare sauce, zucchini quiche or vitello tonnato, but also with risotto or pasta.
