Tasting note
Intense garnet red. Complex aromas of black cherries, plums and spices dominate the nose. Soft, fruity, slightly sweet start. Well-structured, rich body with beautifully integrated tannins.
Vinification
The grape varieties are vinified separately. After a long maceration period, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in a temperature-controlled manner. It was then aged further in oak barrels for 14 months.
