Tasting note
Dense Bordeaux red. ordeaux and southwest FranceThe Grand Classique refers to the noble grape varieties from B. The result is a rich cuvée with a sweet scent of black berries, plum and notes of cedarwood. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, sun-ripened tannins, slightly peppery and spicy in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes, venison stew, pot roast with red cabbage and spicy hard cheeses.

18 months in French oak barrels.
