Tasting note
At the masquerade ball - our Giselle Royale with prosecco, mineral, mint. What a blaze of colors, flaming and sparkling the fruit, like glowing cheeks, lots of blush, also pink, orange and emerald: grapefruit, bergamot, mint, the slightly tart freshness swirls like a light-footed dance through the magnificent fruit. In this royal treat, as if behind masks, the lustful hustle and bustle of the secret ingredients. Simply enthralling how the tingling and the tart and bitter notes reveal all the glory. Fun & pomp.
Vinification
During production, care is taken to use high-quality raw materials and not to use unnecessary processes. The light veil that can settle on the ground comes from components of the fruit and underlines the naturalness of this creation.
