Freshness, bitterness, crunchy acidity and all without being too sweet. And now the whole thing is also available without alcohol. They have tasted and tried, and with their specially brewed gentian extract, the alcohol-free Giselle also gets the right depth.

Tasting note
The quality of quince and lime juice is crucial for Giselle to maintain its smooth and harmonious character. To imitate the abundance of alcohol, homemade gentian extract is used. In this way, the original taste is retained even without alcohol.
Vinification
During production, care is taken to use high-quality raw materials and not to use unnecessary processes. The light veil, which can settle on the ground, comes from components of the fruit and underlines the naturalness of this creation.
