Give yourself joy for the senses with the delicious Gironia Biferno rosso DOC Riserva from 2010! The winemaker from the Italian winery Borgo di Colloredo has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and fertile landscape in Molise.

Tasting note
Dark ruby with cherry-red reflections. Ripe, seductive and complex scent of plum compote, roasted nuts, warm spices and a bit of vanilla. Full on the palate, with aromas of ripe black fruits and spicy components. Very smooth and harmonious — and yet a true wine of character!
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with stews, casseroles and the like.
Vinification
The grape varieties are harvested separately and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The young wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels and barriques.
