About the wine
With the powerful Trebbiano 2017 — Gironia Biferno Bianco DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Italian winery Borgo di Colloredo is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside in Molise. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Trebbiano with an Asian noodle pan or vegetable rice.

Tasting note
Sparkling yellow with golden reflections. Intense scent of ripe, yellow apples, peaches and citrus fruits. Notes of acacia honey, spicy nuances and a delicate scent of almond blossoms skilfully round off the wine. Creamy start on the palate, elegant, well-integrated acidity. A wine with nice fruit (again apple, citrus fruit).
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, risottos and tender fish dishes.
Vinification
After harvesting and subsequent selection, the grapes are gently pressed. The fermentation of the must and the further expansion of the young wine is carried out in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks.
