Tasting note
Fine and persistent perlage. Straw yellow color with green reflections. Intense and elegant nose with fresh notes reminiscent of white flowers and pears. On the palate, it is decisive, creamy and crunchy at the start, supported by a fine acid nerve that concludes with a pleasant persistence.
