About the wine
This is a primitive that you rarely taste - unspoiled by residual sugar, pure in fruit and fresh! 100% organically produced in the heart of this grape's homeland - the Gioia Del Colle region of Puglia - with no added sulphites and without fining or filtration to preserve the maximum flavor of this wonderful grape and terroir. During his 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels, the winemaker even plays music with this wine to optimize the microoxygenation process!
Tasting note
Aromas and taste of berries and slightly of black sour cherry and plum with some spicy and balsamic notes. A perfect balance of suppleness, freshness and minerality. Toasted almond aftertaste, typical of a natural authentic Primitivo from Gioia del Colle.
