Tasting note
The main ingredients of Rubus Gin are a large number of the finest raspberries, classic juniper berries, coriander seeds, lavender, cardamom, aromatic orange and grapefruit peels and gooseberries from Kaiserstuhl. On the nose, the gin shows intense aromas of raspberry, then dark berries and light notes of lavender, juniper and fig. On the palate, raspberry, orange zest, juniper and a touch of rose petals again.
