Tasting note
On the nose, the lively citrus notes of pink grapefruit and sweet orange surprise. On the palate, lemon gives incredible freshness, while juniper and bitter orange give deep intensity. The intense aftertaste tickles the palate with notes of cardamom and coriander.

Perfect for Mediterranean cocktails such as gin and tonic with a garnish of rosemary and lemon peel. It is also a pleasure pure on ice or as a basis for creative mixed drinks.
Vinification
Gin Marconi is an Italian gin that is distilled by hand and in small quantities using Crysopea, the vacuum distiller flask at the Poli Distillery, by Jacopo Poli: a unique distillation process that achieves intense scents, pure taste and a long aromatic finish.
