Tasting note
Opaque deep red color. Typical grenache notes (blackberries, cassis), very beautiful and wide-ranging spicy aromas. A gigondas that appears racy and elegant at the same time and has a great fullness and texture on the palate. Long aftertaste with spicy and mineral components.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with meat dishes, grilled food and game.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel or concrete tanks. 40% of the aging is then carried out in barriques. After 12 to 24 months, the wine is bottled.
