Tasting note
In the deep, elegant purple glass. On the nose, seductive notes of blackcurrant, licorice, garrigue and violet. On the palate, this Gigondas from Les Vins de Vienne shows a remarkable balance between power and finesse. A wine full of character that inspires with expressiveness without losing elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with morels, fine cuts of meat, grilled meat, vegetables, duck, game.
Vinification
Traditional vinification over 3 to 4 weeks. Fermentation with natural (indigenous) yeasts. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and concrete tanks.
