About the wine
Now in its 5th generation, the Perrin family produces highly regarded wines. “La Gille”, one of the best locations in Gigondas, is the birthplace of wines that inspire with elegance and complexity.

Tasting note
The vines grow on limestone, limestone, marl and sandy soils and give Grenache immense finesse and elegance with unique aromas. Some of the vines on the sandy soils have even survived phylloxera. A seductive, dark ruby red in the glass. The bouquet is strong and complex with notes of tobacco, cigar and leather. Extremely balanced on the palate, with silky tannins and aromas of rosemary, undergrowth and spices.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal with morels or crispy lamb breast.
Vinification
12 months in wooden barrels and cone-shaped vats.
