Tasting note
Shines in soft salmon pink. The nose is opulently floral, with invigorating fruit notes of pink grapefruit, wild strawberries, ripe apples and a rosy nuance. Soft, carefully balanced, on the palate with crisp freshness and a spicy twist at the end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with classic antipasti (bruschette, melon e prosciutto...) or with primi piatti with spring vegetables, white meat and fish.
Vinification
The process is designed to highlight the fruit-aromatic components: After harvesting, some of the grapes are destemmed and carefully pressed, the rest goes through maceration in stainless steel containers for several hours to extract color and aroma. After peeling off the skins and combining the two musts, they are clarified at fresh 10°C, alcoholic fermentation at a maximum of 15°C and refinement in stainless steel.
