Tasting note
This Gewürztraminer comes from the upper part of the Grand Cru 'Pfersigberg' plot and is considered to be the highest quality location in Eguisheim. The wine, which was vinified completely dry, reveals light petroleum notes, white pepper and bitter orange zest. On the palate, it develops great saltiness and depth.

Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, fish, Asian dishes, Japanese cuisine, soft cheeses.
