Fertile and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Terlan conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Intense bright golden yellow in the glass. A finely woven and dense nose characterizes this selection of spices, revealing a tropical-exotic scent of rose petals, lime, lychee and orange. The fruity aroma is decidedly juicy and clear on the palate and is underpinned by fine melting and salty notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian dishes, seafood, pasta, vegetables, game, truffles, desserts, blue cheese
Vinification
Harvesting and selecting grapes by hand, gently pressing and clarifying the must through natural sedimentation of the trubs. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for nine months on fine yeast partly in stainless steel tanks (50%) and partly in large wooden barrels (50%).
